Product Replacement – Cancelled

You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the day you received it.

The condition that the refund be done with Courier in the name Brilante.en Joan Machete.
Only cost to you is the return costs, which amounts to 3 euros for Greece, 12 euro for Cyprus and eur 20 for Albania and Bulgaria.

This amount will be deducted from the total value of the products.

The right of return is exercised only by sending email to info@brilante.gr as well as by phone at +30 2221022778.
In the above email, you will need to enter the ops name, your account number bank.

Please note that the exercise of the above right (sending the request and the product) must take place no later than the above 14 days (receipt of shipping date: the stamp of the courier or post office or in any other case the day of receipt of the product in our warehouses).

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is presumed that the product has not been used, that the labels or markings bearing the products have not been removed and that there has always been a telephone communication or email notification.

Finally, all products must be returned in excellent original condition without damage, without any flaw (subject to the return of a defective product), full, and within their packaging, accompanied by all the necessary documents
